Episode 5.

Today, I’m hitting record, allowing my heart to lead—honoring the grief, the love, and the questions that remain. This episode is about lineage, memory, and the ways we carry our ancestors forward. It’s about the stories we lose and the ones we continue to tell.

Through reflections about my family's experiences with racism and belonging in America, I weave together personal loss with our collective inheritance of pain, creativity, love, humor, resilience, and so much more.

This episode is ultimately a love letter—to my grandmother, to my lineage(s), and to all of us who have loved, lost, and dare to keep our hearts open anyway. Because perhaps in today's world, choosing love repeatedly, despite everything, is our most radical act.
